Active holidays in the Kola Peninsula

Primordial nature of the Russian Lapland, acquaintance with the traditions of the peoples of the Russian North and fascinating snowmobile routes to the Khibiny mountains and to the Lovozero tundra — these are the main highlights of this journey to the Kola peninsula.

This tour is well suited for those who have no experience in snowmobiling.  The program includes simple snowmobile routes through the passes, as well as meeting with reindeers and Siberian huskies and acquaintance with Sami traditions.

For 3 days of the trip you will:

  • ride a snowmobile to one of the highest peaks of the Lovozero Massif — the Mount Mannepakh (950 m high)

  • watch the Northern Lights
  • ride on dog and reindeer sledges through the winter forest
  • see wild animals of the Kola Peninsula: foxes, hares, deer, partridges and capercaillie
