If you wish and for an additional fee, you can take a helicopter tour to the famous Geyser Valley, a UNESCO world heritage site. In winter, the cost of this tour is lower than in summer, but the impressions are no less vivid.

Itinerary
The journey begins with a meeting at the airport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, where you should travel to on your own. We are ready to help with the purchase of tickets. If necessary, leave a comment in the application.

Day 1 Arrival to Kamchatka
After meeting at the airport you will be taken to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (25 km). Here you will stay at the hotel and have some rest after the flight. Then you can walk around the city.
We recommend you to climb the Mishennaya and Nikolskaya hills, which offer a great view of the city, Avacha Bay and the "home group" of Kamchatka volcanoes: Avachinsky, Koryaksky and Kozelsky.
Also we advise you to visit the "Volcanarium" — an interactive museum, which clearly presents the volcanic processes of Kamchatka. Please note, that museum tours should be booked in advance.
In the evening you will go to the "Paratunka" resort centre located next to the city. Here you can swim and relax in the pool with thermal water. Then you will come back to the hotel.
Day 2 Skiing or snowboarding in the mountains
After breakfast in the hotel you will go to the Moroznaya (Russian for "Frosty") Mountain ski centre located 30 km away from the city. Here you can to go snowboarding as well as downhill or cross-country skiing.
After lunch you will have a trip to the "Zelenovskie Ozerki" (Lakes). This is a local hot springs with hydro-sulphuric thermal waters. In the evening you will return to the hotel and have a rest.
Day 3 Snowmobiling to the volcano
Today an exciting snowmobiling route to the magnificent Avacha volcano (2741 m high) is waiting for you. It is considered to be the most famous and scenic volcanoes of the whole Kamchatka region. The volcano is active — the last eruption occurred in 1991.
In the the sleds towed by snowmobiles you will reach the foothills of the Avacha volcano and then will walk along its slopes.The route is designed for 6-7 hours. In the evening you will return to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and rest in the hotel.
Day 4 Malka thermal springs
After breakfast you will move to the Malka hot springs located 120 km away from the city. Swimming in the mineral waters is waiting for you here. The temperature of waters in some puddles and mini-pools reaches up to +60°C. In the evening you will return to the hotel.
Day 5 Dog-sledding tour and the Pacific Ocean
After breakfast you will visit the kennel, where you will get acquainted with the sled dogs. Next you will have a dog-sledding tour (for 3 hours). You will also get acquainted with the history of the indigenous people of Kamchatka and will be able to take photos in national costumes.
In the afternoon you will move to the coast of the Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy a walk along the picturesque shore watching the bizarre ice and snow formations on the rocks. In the evening you will return to the city and rest in the hotel.
Day 6 City tour and watching the sea lions
Today after breakfast a city tour is waiting for you. You will visit the local history and culture museum famous for its impressive ethnographic exhibition. Here you will get acquainted with the history of Kamchatka and the culture of local residents.
In the afternoon you will go to the Mokhovoy sea pier to watch the rookery of sea lions, which are the largest representatives of the eared seals. In the evening you will rest in the hotel.
Day 7 Free day
This day can be used for optional trips (for an extra fee to be paid in cash on the spot). We offer you to visit one of the main natural attractions of Kamchatka — the Geysers valley. You can get there only by helicopter. The tour will take place under favorable weather conditions and the presence of the group.
Day 8 Departure
After breakfast you will visit the fish market where you can buy Kamchatka delicacies and souvenirs. Then you will be taken to the airport to depart home.
Accommodation during the trip
You will stay in double/twin rooms of the hotel "Commander" or "Petropavlovsk".
"Commander" Hotel is located in the heart of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Your room will have one double or two single beds, a sofa, a coffee table, two chairs, a TV, a telephone, a mini-refrigerator, a kettle and a private bathroom with free toiletries.
"Petropavlovsk" Hotel is situated in the northern part of the city. It offers a cafe with Russian and European cuisine, a bar, a business center, a beauty salon and a small library. Your room will have two beds, a table, chairs, a wardrobe, a TV, a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a shower.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the hotel can be changed to the other hotel of the same level or higher.
Common questions
During the tour you will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide (with an intermediate level of language proficiency). The service of a professional interpreter is optional and is paid additionally (+80 EURO per day).
Also experienced instructors will accompany you during a dog-sledding and snowmobiling tours. They will teach you the rules of safe driving of a snowmobile and riding of a dog team.
The tour price includes breakfasts at the hotel. Lunches and dinners you should pay additionally (+7-8 euro per person in a cafe).
Children aged from 8 to 12 years old give a 10% discount.
