Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

He runs, swims, skis, cycles, snowboards, and kitesurfs—and is also passionate about mountaineering and hiking. In 2016, Pavel left his corporate career to pursue work more closely aligned with his spirit, interests, and values. Today, together with our team, he develops active tourism and travel across Russia.

Anna Budkova

Head of Inbound Tourism

Anya has been working with individual VIP travelers for many years. Previously, she organized large-scale international trips and events—for example, the International Gas Congress in Buenos Aires. Of all the places she has visited, her personal place of power is a trail in the Icelandic village of Búðir with views of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, famously described by Jules Verne. She draws inspiration from the wild, powerful energy of these northern landscapes.

Alexandra Belobrovskaya

Inbound Travel Expert

She has visited 30 countries, taken the train all the way from Moscow to Vladivostok, and spent half a year living in Svalbard — that’s Sasha, our travel expert. She loves listening to the waves, admiring mountain landscapes, exploring northern nature, and writing stories about her journeys — one day, you’ll read them in our Travel Magazine.

Victoria Kezar

Inbound Travel Expert

Vika has been working in the travel industry for over 20 years. During this time, she has visited many countries, from the United States to Japan, spent nearly 15 years living in Canada, and traveled by car across the entire European part of Russia—from the border with Finland to the border with Abkhazia. She continues to explore her home country with enthusiasm and helps travelers from abroad discover Russia.

Dilya Melnik

Head of Cruise Travel

Dilya began her “travel collection” with expedition cruises to the North Pole, the Galápagos Islands, Antarctica, and East Greenland. In 2017, she visited Adygea for the first time and realized that you don’t have to go far to find stunning nature and great mountain trekking. Expedition cruises in Russia’s Far East offer just as many unforgettable experiences as journeys to the high southern or northern latitudes.

Content Specialist

Reading and travel are Masha’s two greatest passions. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Philology and, during her studies, took part in regular expeditions to villages and small towns across the Nizhny Novgorod Region. That same curiosity still drives her to discover new cities and countries.
