Ploskiy and Ostriy Tolbachik volcanoes

Are two merged volcanoes. They are included in Klyuchevskaya group as one massif. They are the southernmost volcanoes of the group. Ploskiy Tolbachik is 3085 m high and it is an active volcano. Ostriy Tolbachik is a bit higher – 3682 m. The volcano names speak for themselves (Ploskiy – flat, Ostriy – pointed). The pointed peak of one volcano rises above the flat peak of the other.
